I think WWF is clean on this one..

the two officials were dismissed due 'non-respect of the law'. A good chance that the two officials wanted a kick-back. 

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to the NR announcing the financing.  I don't care if it this refinery or the ethanol refineries.
