Well if you are following the company then how did you miss these:

also I know that before WWF can release these they have had to have shown all necessary documents to the exchange. So if they stated the two above NR then they will have had to have all the right papers or the exchange would not let them release the NR's...

as for the s.p state, yes I agree it is in the sad state unfortanetly...

so having said all that I am hoping that MF does get the Financials done on time so there is no halt and moves forward with Financing for the projects so we have the deal completed and stock moving up..

If not, then it is my loss and mine alone.
