WWF is in a CTO. Why is there any urgency at this time to complete annual financial statements? WWF can still conduct business transactions and complete any deals that are in progress, and hopefully there are deals in progress.

The CTO only affects the shareholders who have money invested, and are wondering what the heck is going on.
