Because it is almost AUGUST 2008 and we don't have transparent views into 2007 financials. That is absolutely inexcuseable.

This is a public corporation, and as the owners of the corporation, our only insight into the operations are through press releases, shareholder meetings, and financial statements.

The financial statements have been delinquent, which implies there are SERIOUS issues around transparency and accountability... as an owner of the company, I expect to be informed of what's going on.. and more importantly, I am not receiving the information expected.
