When they do start to trade, the share price will go straight down. Mr. Foley needs more cash and he will not be able to do another share placement. the tap ran dry. You will see this company close its doors due to no money. Whether their is a deal close or not. Everyone needs food on the table and as well the management. Being said this. It is prudent to sell all your shares and get what you can when it is available. Compare this company to others whos shares went down 80 to 90 %. This company is a sad state of affairs.
Cash is king, banks are holding tight with their cash, and most of all, shareholders are impatient waiting for share prices to go up when no light of hope is available. See this price go down to 1 cent.
