I wrote this company off long ago... by not immediately rectifying the financial statement miss over a year ago, the management team demonstrated extreme incompetence and borderline corporate negligence of officer responsibility.

Don't expect your money back people. If a public company can't produce financial statements... it has no business being a public company.
