I think the issue is that MF has no credibility with the small ($5- $50K) investor. He has proven himself to be totally inept in all compliance matters with the Exchange, and with the WWF shareholders. There are only so many people that will buy in to the stories.

Having said that, if he actually has valid letters from Libya, he might actually pull off the big deal. But it could end up outside of WWF because he can't finish 08 or 09 statements. and we're almost at the end of1Q10.

The last news release was somewhat specious. Who was it supposed to placate? Certainly not the shareholders.

I've written off my losses. But if I get a surprise someday, I will be happy. However, I'm not counting chickens (or eggs).
