My thoughts are:

your url citation (above) is one of the sites that i reviewed closely. There is no corroberating graphene contract purchase info, only intentionaly vague innuendo. I checked every tab on the site as well as the Nowegian Battery site; GS Group site; as well as my ZEN management telcons.

The $16k graphene purchase is a made up sham initiated by RS Group of Sri Lanka , and distributed/repeated intentionally unverified by some recent TCC expats, intentionally, to build false Zen sp increase expectations by unknowing retail investors.
