Hi fTN

The link you provided (shown below)

http://www.graphene-info.com/sri-lankas-rs-group-supply-norways-graphene-batteries-graphene-oxide

is the same as the one I quoted in my first message on this topic.

Message 1889909 indicated that the info on that link does not say anything about a "signed contract". It only says "they have been chosen" and "GIS is offering...$16,000 per ton" (in bold in quote below).

What we are looking for is some reference to a signed contract with some key information such as fixed tonnage, quality of the graphite, price (min, max, etc...). Sometime the company would hide the ID of the buyer, but in my opinion, just get everything on the table if the company wants to demonstrate transparency in what they are doing to its shareholders. Besides, I don't see any good reason for keeping this sort of thing secret (since sooner or later it will leak out).

If they had a huge signed contract they could just pull it out and wave it in front of everybody, then their sp would go ballistic (at least, would appreciate by a large percentage).

Please let me know if my interpretation was correct.

GS International to supply graphite to Norway's Graphene Batteries

UK's GS International (GSI) says that they have been chosen to be the graphite supplier for Norway's Graphene Batteries, a startup that develops graphene-based Li-Ion battery electrodes.

Graphene Batteries reportedly tested over 50 types of graphite before choosing GSI's graphite. GSI is offering high quality natural graphite at $16,000 per ton. GS International, together with the RS Group also aims to become a research partner to Graphene Batteries. The GS Group and GSI also plans to scale-up Graphene Oxide production soon.
