Just picked up another 3550 shares at $2.13. The price just seems rediculiously low even with Cliffs flooding the market with their shares.

It makes no sense to me why Cliffs board would do a share dump if they believed ZEN shares were grossly undervalued. Even if the company is in trouble one would think they would find a way to maintain their shares at least until after ZEN’s PEA is out. Dumping ZEN shares contradicts the following statement Cliffs just released (link below). In fact there is mention of retaining assets not selling them. Cliffs is advising shareholders not to follow Casablanca's proposa - yet by selling assets they are actually following the proposal ???
