That was exactly my thought Mark. AE went to Japan to cross all the T's & meet with the big players in person.

I have come to the conclusion that the delay in the PEA is to address concerns from the 2 or 3 big players. They want the graphite tweaked to there specification to be sure that it meets there requirements. Also to get the Cliff's thing straightened out.

I was told that they are only doing this process for a limited few & not 20 NDA companies. It was also said that they want to improve on what they have previously said. Oh & no petrie dish graphite they have already done bulk sample processing. Like you noticed on the corporate presentation it has been upped to $30K after the Japan trip.

I think a deal is imminent and the last few pawns are being moved into place.
