Agree entirely, ICD. Stowe was involved with both Diamond Fields (and we all know how that played out) and Northgate buy-outs. He comes with an impressive resume and over 35 years of experience in the field.

He is a significant and valuable addition to the Company both moving it forward, and in the case of a buy-out scenario.
