Hi Mark,

I know the author of that PDAC report and actually attended the conference with him. One erroneous point in the report was about the samples. Samples were not being sent out at that time but were going to be sent out when the material was ready from bulk sample processing, however the intended sample size was correct @ 1-2kg. The thing that changed that you refer to was the dealy in the bulk sample processing by SGS. When the bulks were delayed, samples to end users was dealyed and actually started happening in late August/early September as the last news release indicated. Therefore, end users have only had the material for a few weeks and in some cases still receiving it.

In talking to Aubrey, he wanted to co-ordinate the samples going out to as many parties as possible at the same time to have any and all interest occur at roughly the same time. I believe the company has stuck to this plan as well as they could, with the samples now being shipped. I like to think that the entire timetable has just been shifted back by about 3-6 months because of the SGS delay. Now,the good news is that those precious samples are being received and analysis will be underway. Not sure how long that process takes. But think about Tesla for a moment, I am confident that they are currently reviewing and analysing dozens of samples from various graphite producers, so timing will depend on where you are in their que if we are in fact in that que lol. On that note, I actually spoke to an engineer today that works for Tesla. He actually works in one of their showrooms, but was extremely knowledgeable on batteries. He confirmed to me that Tesla will indeed be securing thier own supply of raw materials. He told me that Tesla has the largest battery R&D facility in the world. He also told me that they are constantly evaluating new chemestries all the time but nothing comes close to Li Ion. He mentioned a carbon/carbon battery showing promise but still thinks it could be years away. If anyone ever gets to Toronto, go to Yorkdale Mall store and ask for Clyde.

Anyway, I expect the next few months to be the most exciting months in the existance of Zenyatta....I am strapped in and ready for the ride.

Quincey
