I agree that there is 'something missing' that is a bit more than additional testing and/or testing delays.

I also agree that some informal deals have been discussed, this project simply is to valuable to not have those types of talks already taken place.

What I keep coming back to is the Company's almost indifference to the current stock price. IF they were concerned about promotion and/or IF they knew they had to raise funds and/or IF they needed to pander to institutions then we would see far more frequent news releases, updates, whatever. Some find this indifference arrogant or at least disrespectful to retail shareholders but to me it seems more like: We know what we have and what it is worth, we have provided enough information to retail and institutions to see this, now we have work to do to realize this value.

Maybe this is simply a case of the testing delays setting the trigger back 3-6 months but I think there just seems to be more than that going on in the background. It has gooten more reclusive and secretive and given the insider buys and no sales this to me indicates this is all positive.

No option for us minions but to speculate and to wait for the trigger.
