PEA delayed to maximize the economics, lowest cost while I expect various pricing scenerios, for the max price scenario RPA needs assurance from some of the 35 NDA's, and now they are getting feedback from the NDA's per NR, so with the proof RPA can finanlize all inputs.

If you see redflags, you might as well stay on the sidelines or better still buy a GIC?
