Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Or it could be that the ROF deposits require a 500km road or rail link, that currently does not exist and that has helped to delay progress. Thats what Cliff's stated at least, that without government support to build roads or rail infrastrure they were not interested in moving forward with their Chromium deposit. ZEN by contrast is located about 25 km from the Trans Canada Highway and the CNR main east west line in Ontario. It is also within a half hour drive of Hearst which has extensive local infrastructure and support. While I understand your concern about the ROF deposits I don't see how this has any bearing on ZEN's Albany deposit despite the fact that it has been a recurring theme from detractors.
