The $10 buyout number stems from a comment AE made at the the previous PDAC where he said he would not sell for less and more likley north of $17. In the times i have spoken to him he confirmed that statement but did say the BOD would decide on any large deals, not just him. The $17 is not really a random number it is essentially $1B with 60M shares out.

Is $10 too low? Well, not when the sp is at $1.50 but it MAY be if the PEA comes out as expected. Until the PEA confirms the numbers we are all just providing best guesses.
