narmac, now that we know Zenith (ZHCLF) can trade on the OTC presently at $0.60 US, an IPO at this present time makes no sense. Don is happy with soliciting new investors at $2.00+, as he has done already, which beats by far, the ongoing market price for Zenith shares on the OTC.

As Don stated at the AGM, if you fetch Zenith shares from the treasury, you would need to pay a lot more than what OTC offers at present. What we don't know at present is the size of the ZHCLF float on the OTC.
