Zenith Capital Corp is a private reporting company. Check out SEDAR to find all the financials. Heck someone on this board referred to the MD&A that came out with the financials in the last few weeks. At an AGM a few years ago it was stated that all of our reporting was done to US standards so that we could be listed on the NASDAQ quickly if and when the right opportunity came along. I don't know what the right opportunity means some days but the discussion with management about the reporting did take place in a public forum. If I'm not mistaken there was about 70 people at that AGM that took place at Mount Royal University across the street from Zeniths corporate offices.
