tada - ZCC is actually a reporting public company. It just doesn't trade anywhere but OTC.

"right opportunity" - this has been stated in the past by DM that some substantial event has to happen to drive the price when listed. They don't want to list and have the price crater with nothing to drive it. He hasn't come through with any event remotely close to what he alluded to.
