Ya , so many broken promises :(

if true , maybe this 8mil raise will fill quickly, being the raise is more like a gift for those in the know that allows them to fill their boots  again ...? I find it odd tho always hearing a deal/dividend is always 2-5 months out. Heard this crap before - a deal has either being struck or were being fed more BS imo - next story, we hear early in the new year "we can't believe how long the FDA is taking" & "now the market has gotten even worse for raising money" go donny , GO , be gone!!

we're always several months away , deal by fall , deal by end of the year, deal first quarter,deal by June - rinse & repeat.

only thing for certain & sad to say is we can't believe anything this ceo/company tells us & that's a fact.
