IMO, Zenith is going to have to wait til they get the Nut carcinoma trial approved with the FDA before a BP deal comes in. As mentioned in the Emerging growth conference call DM said a fast track application will be sent in this month and then a 2 month wait for a fast track approval so we won't hear about til Q12025.  I don't think we can talk Investment banks and deal til an FDA approaveddrug for the Nut carcinoma. i may wrong but why need $ 8 usd million now if a deal is that close
