Caballo Blanco Project – Mexico

In line with the Company’s growth strategy to become a leading gold explorer, Canadian Gold Hunter reviewed a number of additional projects for acquisition and signed an option agreement to earn a 70% interest in the Caballo Blanco gold project in Mexico.

Caballo Blanco is an exciting new project for the Company, encompassing a large, high sulphidation epithermal gold system.

Drilling of about 10,000 meters in the Northern Zone will commence again in mid-November 2008, using two core rigs. The purpose of the program will be to define a gold resource in the Cerro La Paila gold target. Additional drilling will be undertaken in the Central Grid area at a later date in 2009.

Canadian Projects - GJ/Kinaskan

Large, gold-rich copper porphyry deposit located in NW British Columbia, Canada.

The GJ/Kinaskan Property is located in northern British Columbia about 10 kilometres west of Highway 37. The claims underlie an area of about 150 square kilometres and cover a number of significant mineral showings, including the Donnelly, GJ and North zones.

Canadian Gold Hunter has a 100% working interest in the property.

In October 2008 the Company completed an updated independent resource estimate on the Donnelly and North Donnelly zones.

• Initial drill results at Caballo Blanco are very encouraging
