Not sure I understand how or agree that the Maycom deliveries represent 90% of our issues with respect to Digecor. Seems to me the larger concern to be decided by the courts (or through agreement between the parties) regards the question of who owns what IP and who has rights to sell that IP into which markets. If we truly have customers waiting on this issue to be resolved before committing to orders, then it needs to be resolved pronto. Hopefully we've beem able to put enough pressure on them and as you say, cooler heads will prevail. IMO, this needs to get done well before the end of the year - not drag on until January and beyond. - Sinkman
