If true, that's an incredible blunder on their part - almost as big as e.Digital having agreed to such a thing (and for such a small amount) in the first place. I may have to read that section again but on initial glance, it seemed to me like they were giving away the farm (or at least an important part of it). I guess we'll see at some point. - Sinkman
