As for a qualification their own design...they had better be careful not to tread on the technical IP of others....and I'm not meaning e.Digitals.

Better say close to freeware and standardized formats.

Wonder who's battery system they'll be utilizing...this process will be more design critical than the device.
e.Digital addressed the issue long before the Sony problem.

1st of the year?...lets see if that goes by with out incident.
