First off,  there's not enough information there to review any details of what Daberko offers. The only similarity noted is the use of link lists.

I have written in the past....link list is generic...anyone can use link list structures. The trick is in the orchestration and manner of usage....and that is what Daberko patented.  IMO....serendipitously.....as it can be utilized beyond flash media.
