You are correct in stating that the very fact of their envolvment speaks loudly to merits of EDIG claims of others infringing on their patents.
To warrent the time and expenses of attorneys in such cases, they have to evaluate the case before they get involved in it, and assure themselves there is "Clear and convincing evidence",( better than 80%), that EDIG claims will be successful...
As an aside, you did notice that Mr. Jardaine and Mr. Hoggard did not seem to be starving?...Lol...Lol...
