I seriously doubt Fusion did this deal to dump 7 million shares on what is now a thinly traded otcbb. If they did they might get .02/share.

They likely are privy to insider info that makes them think they can get higher exit prices if EDIG's business plan pans out.

They are entitled to make something upfront. Ever consider closing costs, points etc???

Blakeley apparently changed financing situations for a reason. I am willing, and have no choice, but to give him the benefit of the doubt that this will enhance his business model.
