There's no way to evaluate the cost based on the final outcome until that becomes a reality and the entire $8.5 million is accessed or the relationship terminated....but the worst case scenario has been figured today based on the preliminary findings. EDIG lives.  Amazing.

As I don't see them entering into this relationship with Fusion just to terminate it, and considering the eVU has orders shipped and an increasing backlog, not to mention Pat Nunally's patent protection efforts, it would appear this move by management will allow EDIG the freedom to conduct its business in a timely manor...a good thing.

Financing issues should become less of a point of contention, although I know that will ruin the queen of FUD's day as she will have a more difficult time creating panic among her legions.
