The "uncertainty" you allude to by comparing Digecor v. EDIG, a contract case, with OJ case is not correct...

OJ was being tried in a criminal case. The standard in that case is "Guilty Beyond a reasonable doubt"...

The contract and Tort cases are governed by "Prepoderance evidence". In fact as you well know OJ was tried in CIVIL COURT and there is a judgment against him in that case. And every cent he makes goes to payment of that judgement...

As RP told EDIGOAKIE, they are certainĀ EDIG will prevail on that issue also, and any stock market twit who recommends against buying EDIG sharesd based on the conjured up "Uncertainty" must be reading Cassie...Lol...
