I believe the trial for United was with TED. I'm not as certain but I believe they trialed with Song for Delta way back when.

Another point I think is worth speculating on relative to the judges ruling and our prospects for airline announcements. Given the background of past years, it seems that announcements are made in conjunction with trade shows. Specifically, with the Aircraft Interiors Expo. being held on April 17, 18, 19 in Hamburg, Germany, I would speculate the announcements with airlines will be made prior to, or during the show regardless of a final settlement with Digecor. My impression is that we have the upper hand whether a settlement is mediated or ordained by rule of court.
