Regarding the litigation. Unless I'm mistaken I believe Digecor has 30 days from the ruling to appeal their case. The ruling came out on the 19th. Thats 27 days ago. It could be that the additional discovery that edigital iniated could prolong this. Does anyone know the particulars regarding the appeal process.
