How will e.Digital be asserted by the media?

You bet they will.  Wheather it be Wencor or another mean ole copy cat, the name calling will be the same.

That also seems to be one of Eagle's points as well.  Wencor can cause EDIG some headache, but I don't see all the damages Wencor would claim. 

I'm not an attorney, so I think it best to discuss experience.  We have good legal discussions without my $0.02.
