DOP, read your excerpt again...it pertains to litigation.  Naturally before DM agrees to represent EDIG in any litigation, they would want to review the case and ensure they have a reasonable chance of winning.  Remember the contingency element...they aren't getting paid by the hour and don't want to spend countless hours in court unnecessarily.  Hopefully the majority of the 174 infringers identified by our consultant Pat Nunally will fold like umbrellas, become licensees, and we won't need litigation.  DM is on the job of license enforcement...make no mistake about it.
