I understand the lawsuit with digEcor is ongoing but believe it won't affect our eVU sales. Consider,

• We have a growing relationship with Mezzo,
• We've likely landed a major European airline
• We have ongoing eVU trials on one of the world's largest airlines
• $2.5M in new eVU direct orders/contracts

I have to believe EDIG's lawyers told management that digEcor's position is weak and the agreement we had with APS (inherited by digEcor) doesn't preclude us from selling eVU's. From the 2/13/07 10-Q,

The Company believes it has substantive and multiple defenses and intends to vigorously challenge the remaining matters and pursue existing and possible additional counterclaims. Due to the uncertainties inherent in any litigation, however, there can be no assurance whether the Company will or will not prevail in its defense against digEcor’s remaining claims. The Company is also unable to determine at this time the impact this complaint and matter may have on its financial position or results of operations. The Company does not expect this litigation to affect its eVU business.
