Regarding the 2015 patent expiration comment you made....wouldn't EDIG be able to go after companies with products that were proven to use our technology during the time our patents were in force, even after our patents expire?  Of course we wouldn't get licensees after 2015 but may be able to win litigation cases after the fact.  Not sure if there's a "statute of limitations" on patent litigation after the patent expiration date.
