LL, from your legal knowledge just what does your experience point you to regarding how quickly Duane Morris will act on EDig's IP.

Since DM took EDig's case on contingency do you feel they ALREADY have at least one or two IP infringers they will act on immediately.

After all none of us know how long EDig's relationship with DM  has been. It would seem to me that DM would have done quite a bit of work on this already if it's a relationship that started some time ago.

If that's the case how long does it take something like this to "hit the airwaves". If not how long does it take to "ramp up"

Just a little clarification would be greatly appreciated.
