It is more than that...

It is ANSURD even to think that any lawyer, let alone a firm of the caliber of DM would engage in such conduct in California...

It would violate several laws, let alone Cannons of Ethics. It will be grounds for disbarment...

What amazes me is the fact that for the last two days many here have chosen to waste the band width engaging in silly discourse with Fred, Cassandra, or who ever this wanna be lawyer is!!...
