I would think that a job applicant would have to be given some information if not quite a bit just to learn what the job he is applying for consists of.
Besides that EVEN YOU could walk into the offices of EDig and pick up that amount of information. (of course if you had your nine iron with you, a bum's rush might be in the offing)
