It sounds like you talked with Fred somewhere along the way. Was that conversation receint? The notion of Wencor being unable to refresh content without studio approval seems reasonable but it presumes that they can't get studio approval without our technology or a technology of their own that infringes on ours. I have to question that insight. Is that based on your conversation with Fred or born of your own perspective?
