I just think that today's market needs some level of numbers or the "guarantee" of numbers to move the pps in any large way.

After the last two or three very positive announcements (and the lack of any real PPS appreciation following them), I am forced to agree with that statement.

Regarding DM, it will be interesting to me if they blind-side anyone by filing first and asking questions later (which is possible given the recent supreme court ruling). Regardless, we have absolutely no way to know where they are in the process or when they’ll file that first shot (or negotiate a settlement). We could hear something tomorrow or it could be 6 months or more from now.

What will also be interesting is to see exactly what news (PR, financials, etc.) it ultimately takes to move the share price in a big way. Many including myself thought the announcement of a law firm or a name like Lufthansa would have affected the share price much more than either one did. There’s just no out-guessing this thing.
