While the almost 3000 shareholders and most on this board are somewhat encouraged by the latest statements and progress made during the last 12 months (including new IFE sales and "actions" relating to the patent enforcement), we will have to see either a three fold increase in eVU sales to approach breakeven and/or an actual settlement of a lawsuit/negotiation to look for an improvement and to sustain any significant increase in the share price. New investors, in my opinion, will provide the much needed impetus for stock appreciation, but only after settlements/revenues become real. Prudent investors presently don't see enough evidence in analyzing the balance sheet and income statement, even comparing it to prior year’s data to move substantial amounts of capital into this stock. However, once actual earnings are generated from sales or patent litigation or both, and then we can expect generous returns on our investment.  At June 28, 2007 there were 245,415,499 shares of common stock outstanding and approximately 2,872 stockholders of record.  This calculates to 85+ thousand shares per shareholder.
