Of course EDIG is going to pay Attorney Fee of 40%, and costs fronted by DM. But that is not the same as the PTSC-TPL set up...

Leckrones have the Alliance outfit which generates a lot of "costs" I presume, which in turn are taken off the top, before the TPL and PTSC split 50-50...

EDIG on the other hand has only Mister Nannuly, and whatever DM generates as "costs"...

In addition, hopefully, EDIG will be selling eVU, and other products, which PTSC lacks...

The "point" of my post was to address the issue raised by LL in his post. That is, to comment on the comparisons made between PTSC and EDIG...

Viewed in the historical light of how the markets responded to EDIG in early 2000, there is no reason why there should not be a similar response by the markets, given the occurrence of events mentioned in my last post...
