In order to even guess at the potential outcome, we need to see the list of the 174 companies identified.

Some may be potential high dollar settlements; in the range of 20 to 100 million and others may involve very small amounts.

Again, what will the success rate be....5% of the 174 companies, 50% of the companies?

Hopefully the result based on winning the lawsuits/settlements will not only include a cash amount, but some on gong license fees to provide a sustained business, otherwise the share price may attain an emotional high and then fall back to low levels.

Of course the eVU may provide a steady income resulting in a profitable business; however we see no evidence outside of the IFE market that added revenues will materialize from other market segments.
