I agree that the actual time to negotiate a settlement or license may be several months, even though edig has stated that we will have information related to DMs work sometime this quarter.

This quarter ends September 30, but the quarterly report can be delayed until November 15th. At this time I suspect we will be told of an infringement lawsuit or letter directed to a single or multiple companies.

Time wise, a lawsuit would take many months beyond this point and a settlement would probably take a couple extra months of discussion before an agreement is reached.

I don't expect to see any revenues, based on us winning, until early to mid 2008. It would be great if all could be expedited, but I don't think so.
