Yes I agree with your overall assessment. 

Regarding IP revelations "expected" this quarter, I think evidence of DM leveraging against an actual infringer or two could be what's next.  I'd like to see the IP ball start rolling to the point where EDIG investors aren't the only ones who know about their plans.

Bottom line is that we morphed from last year's "welcome Pat Nunally" to earlier this year's, "hello DM" to, what could be next?  Very likely it's, "allow me to introduce myself, I'm e.Digital and you've been using my patents.....now show me the money".

If they are ready for that step with the actual naming of names and products and the Wallstreet press sees it as news worthy, then EDIG gets introduced to a new audience, and rightfully so considering the vast flash market that has developed....and it won't be soon enough for all our sakes.

As for eVU's growing business, this email from earlier this year is noteworthy...
