The answer is if they cannot do that they are not worth a penny of the millions they will be making on this case...

Ipod came into existence using PORTAL PLAYER chips, (remeber them?). And the connection between EDIG and PORTAL PLAYER is  a matter of record...

I am positive Nanully and DM have spent hours building an air tight case against Ipod and its progeny. And no matter how hard Jobs tries to hide it, in the end he is no more than a sophisticated version of Mr. WENCOR who hired others to reverse engineer digE's to come up with his XT model...Lol...Lol...
