It makes sense for DM to file their first complaint against a company that is is not an obvious "infringer" such as Samsung, Apple, etc...

A "Markman Hearing" in this case wil be addressing the same general issues raised by Teleflex, Seagate, Sandisk decisions, and will be helpful in any "settlement" discussions with the more obvious "infirngers like Samsung, etc...
