I have been thinking of this over the weekend. Not trying to make excuses, as I had been looking forward to the promised update, as well.

Do you think that it is possible that DM requested that we hold off on any type of update because of the current case? I don't mean forever, but maybe at least until a response is filed by the defendants, which I think is only a few more days from now?
